Did anyone see this text from Cadel's daily diary ? That's what I call quick.
Longest stage of the Tour (226km + 4km neutral)...longest post stage transfer too (160km)... A tailwind start meant at glance at my SRM 600m into the stage read 69.5km/h, for cyclist talk 115rpm with 53x11. Old diesel here would need a 55 chain ring to get in a break on a straight road.
